While some booster groups specialize in supporting a single performance group, the Princeton Music Boosters are unique in that we support ALL of the performance ensembles in Princeton's 6th-12th grades; Orchestra, Choir, Jazz, Band and Theater - totaling over 1,200 students.

As the oldest booster group in entire school district, the Music Boosters has enjoyed a collaborative partnership with Princeton City Schools since its inception over 65 years ago. Our goal is to enhance the music experience for all of our students. Some of the projects that we fund include but are not limited to:

*Private Music Lesson Scholarships,

*Senior Solo Recital,

*Music Uniform Maintenance,

*Assisting with music trips (OMEA, Memphis, Hawaii, Disney, etc),

*Senior Recognitions for all performance groups

*Contest Fees

*Clinicians

JOIN US:

Music Boosters has a variety of ways in which we raise funds. The preponderance of our income comes from two sources; Membership Dues and Football Concessions. Our generous members donate annually at different levels in order to support Princeton Music.

For nearly as long as the district has had home football games, Music Boosters have run the concession stands at those games. A good regular season can provide the needed funding for all of the private music lesson scholarships and more!

MATTRESS SALE:

One unique way in which we raise money is our annual mattress sale, which is typically held in early November. Peculiar, we know, but we all need a great mattress and this sale offers amazing products at incredible prices. Keep an eye out for our social media announcement for more details.

StarGrams:

You have seen us selling StarGrams prior to every concert for many years. We sell pieces of candy for $1 and you can attach a note to let your child or friends know how great their performance was. While this started out as a fundraiser, it has turned into a "labor of love". The cost of candy has made this endeavor nearly impossible to maintain, but due to the generosity of our donors we continue with it knowing we will just break even. 

The students who receive the StarGrams really enjoy them and we love seeing just how many students buy them for their friends or instrument sections.
